Have you decided what you want to be when you grow up? You’re supposed to answer this when you’re barely five. You answer that you would like to be a teacher, doctor, astronaut, or own a chocolate factory.  The adult asking this question smiles and thinks you’re so cute for coming up with such innocent aspirations.  The older you get, the more serious your answers are expected to be. Owning a chocolate factory is no longer a feasible aspiration. You didn’t find a golden ticket or hit the lottery. You are supposed to pick the right kind of education that will lead you towards a career that will make you a lot of money.  But you’re not good at any of the sciences and can no longer see your dream of becoming a doctor come to life. And an astronaut? Are you kidding me? Heights give you vertigo.  Teaching isn’t a bad profession, but you don’t think you have the patience to handle a classroom full of students like you.  So, chances are your parents will decide to take...

What is the Point? The Cake Smashing Thing

It's someone's special day. A birthday, wedding, retirement...whatever.

This person wants to be made to feel special. They are happy to be surrounded by friends and loved ones.

There's music, laughter, good food, and good times.

It's now time to cut the cake. Everyone is singing and cheering.

But one cheeky person thinks it will be hilarious to smash cake on that very person's face who just wanted to feel special for one day.

This person is mindless of the fact that they will be effectively ruining someone's day.

Someone has spent time and money to look and feel good on their special day. They've bought accessories, spent minutes perfecting their look so that they can capture memories on photos.

One prank ruins it all.

The person's face is pushed into gooey cream and cake. The cake, which also cost a lot, is ruined. No one else wants to eat it because who likes smashed cake with a person's hair and saliva on it?

To save face, the person has to giggle while wiping away frosting from their hair and face. They're not having a good time anymore.

A cake was splattered all over them just like clowns do so in their act.

Yet, they cannot vent in front of the other guests because they don't want to cause a scene.

But seriously, what is the point of ruining cake and someone's face and hair on their special day?

How is it even funny?
